Our client , retail, is looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join their busy team. This is a part time role, 2 days per week. The right candidate will have SAGE line 50 expereince and will be able to manage all aspects of the purchase ledger process independently. 



  • Input supplier invoices into Sage Line 50 software
  • Supplier account reconciliations
  • Manage payment runs
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Assist with month end close down
  • Reconcile supplier queries



  • Qualified Bookkeeper is preferred ( AAT / ICB etc) – will consider QBE
  • Good accounting software knowledge and experience - Sage line 50 is essential
  • Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent system skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation and time management to ensure deadlines are met
  • Able to work on your own as well as part of the team
