An engineering /manufacturing company in Banbury are looking for an experienced Parts administrator to join their team on a full time basis. The role will be perfect for a candidate with previous relevant experience




  • Process customer parts orders
  • Arranging delivery of customer parts orders
  • Dealing with delivery queries with courier
  • Creating invoices for ordered parts to be sent to customers
  • Processing goods returned administrative duties for all returned parts
  • Dealing with customer queries






  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Good IT skills
