A Facilities Management company is looking for a finance assistant to join their friendly and fast paced company where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be part of a small finance team, supporting the financial controller. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated bookkeeper who is fully competent with Sage Payroll, has used a standard recognised accounting system and has at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position. Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The right candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines. This is 100% office based for the first few months, but then can become a hybrid role
Full responsibility for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables and all the transaction entries required to maintain the ledgers up to the trial balance. This role will be the main point of contact for payroll queries and will assist in managing the day to-day accounting and finance requirements.
