Our client, a manufacturing company, is a well established and award winning manufacturer of engine components based in Birmingham. 

They are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team on a part time basis  - 20 hours per week


  • Inputting purchase invoices into SAGE
  • Credit control
  • Dealing with customer account queries
  • Adhoc Admin
  • General bookkeeping.
  • Assisting other departments as and when required



  • Qualified Bookkeeper is preferred – will consider QBE
  • Good accounting software knowledge and experience - Sage
  • Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent system skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation and time management to ensure deadlines are met
  • Able to work on your own as well as part of the team
