Our client is a manufacturing company based in Corby. They require a full time ( 9-5) accounts administrator for an immediate start to cover maternity leave, on a nine month fixed term contract . There is a possibility of this role becoming a temp to perm position for the right candidate



  • Weekly Payroll ( On Sage software)
  • Daily sales Invoicing (Sage )
  • Inputting purchase invoices into SAGE
  • Adhoc Admin
  • General bookkeeping




  • Qualified Bookkeeper is preferred – will consider QBE
  • Good accounting software knowledge and experience - Sage
  • Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent system skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation and time management to ensure deadlines are met
  • Able to work on your own as well as part of the team
