Accounts assistant required for a Stockport based manufacturing business. This long established family run company has a great opportunity for the right candidate to join their accounting team. This role will be involved in all aspects of the accounting function and report to the finance director and general manager.

• Purchase ledger
• Sales ledger
• Credit control
• VAT
• Management Accounts
• Cost accounting 
• FInancial reports , month end and year end work
• Cashflows, budgets and Margin reporting

• Qualified Bookkeeper/Accountant preferable
• Good accounting software knowledge and experience
• Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products.
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent system skills
• Team player
