This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced office/Finance manager to join an established Engineering company based in Ilkeston. Reporting to the Managing director 


Finance Responsibilities

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit control
  • VAT returns
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Cashflow/ forecasting

Office Admin responsibilities:

  • HR - Staff contracts, holidays, dealing with staffing issues
  • Office Maintenance - Energy contracts, stationery and supplies monitoring, ordering equipment
  • Compliance work
  • Adhoc administrative tasks

  • Qualified Accountant preferable, but QBE will be considered
  • Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products.
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
