Finance Responsibilities
Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
Credit control
VAT returns
Monthly management accounts
Cashflow/ forecasting
Office Admin responsibilities:
HR - Staff contracts, holidays, dealing with staffing issues
Office Maintenance - Energy contracts, stationery and supplies monitoring, ordering equipment
Compliance work
Adhoc administrative tasks
Qualified Accountant preferable, but QBE will be considered
Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products.
