Our client based in Milton Keynes have an urgent requirement for a Maternity Cover FM / FC for 1 year starting in October 2021.

The role will primarily be based remotely with some onsite required (1 day per week max). This will be for approx. 30 hours per week / 4 days with earnings of £50k FTE plus good benefits. 

The role report to the CFO and the hours of work are 9am to 5am (4 days per week).

A full job spec is available on request but the role will include:

• All month end activity – journals, prepayments, rev rec, mgt accts, analysis and commentary
• Use of Quickbooks and UK and US accounts
• Use of a SaaS specific piece of software for rev recognition, billing, SaaS metrics
• Oversee trainee / team and report to group FD
• Oversee banking, payroll outsourcer
• Dealing with audit etc.

• Part/qualified accountant is preferred but QBE will be considered
• Experienced FM / FC
• Able to oversee a finance team
• Quickbooks experience
• Experience of dealing with external audit
