Our client based in Bicester is looking for a new Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller in running the UK Finance Function.

This is a permanent full time role and will be based in the office. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will run the UK finance team of this growing global technology company. This is a newly created position as the company continues to grow. 

There are good prospects to develop within the company with a low attrition rate of staff.  On offer is a salary of approx. £35-40k with a competitive benefits package that includes private healthcare and additional holiday on your birthday!

The role will cover all aspects of the finance team but will include:

• Deputising for the FC
• Processing purchase ledger
• Sales ledger and credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Nominal reconciliations
• Monthly management accounts and reporting
• Working with auditors
  
• Responding to financial queries and a variety of other financial tasks.

• Experience of using Opera would be beneficial but training will also be provided
• Proven work experience in a similar role
• Good time management skills, ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Record of longevity in roles
  
• Experienced working in SME businesses
• Looking for a full time permanent role
• QBE or Qualified Accountant will be considered
• Office based role so must live within commuting distance
