Our client is a a boutique Property company that is looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller. On offer is a salary of approx. £40-50k (but the role can also be part time).

This stand-alone finance role will give the successful applicant the opportunity to roll their sleeves up and get involved in all areas of the company's finances.

The FM will be responsible for the day-to-day running of finances, undertaking reporting duties, running the treasury function, providing cashflow forecasts and help with investor reporting. They will work closely with investment and senior leadership teams.

This can be a part time role and would suit a candidate that has experience of working in property at FC / FD level who is looking for a role 3-4 days per week.

• Cashflow forecasting, contribute to fund raising activities, provide investor relations support, production of loan portfolio to assist investment team, track loads under management
• Company Accounts - Prepare monthly management accounts, prepare annual financial statements, assist with audit process, and update system with daily transactions
• Cash Management - Raising any non purchase ledger payments, monitor and reconcile bank accounts, liaise with banks
• Statutory Tax Filing - Preparing quarterly VAT returns, raise monthly payments to HMRC.
• Payroll - Submit monthly BAC's payment of salaries to bank, liaise with external payroll administrator, submit monthly pension contributions, reconcile PAYE / NIC payments for the year.
• Administrative Duties - Manage QUBE accounting system, manage pension provider, maintain office agreements e.g., Insurance / Equipment

• Experienced FC 
• Some Property experience would be desirable
• Qualified Accountant is preferred but will consider QBE
