We are working with a client who is looking for an all round bookkeeper for either 4 days a week or full-time and on a hybrid of home and office based working. This will be a perfect role for someone with good bookkeeping experience, and excellent knowledge of Xero. The client runs a small accountancy services that has expanded its client portfolio and now needs to increase the accounts team. 


  •  Purchase Ledger
  •  Sale Ledger
  •  Processing payments
  •  Bank reconciliation
  •  Support the director by working on several clients accounts
  •  Support with adhoc tasks
  •  Knowledge of the Construction Industry preferable or Job costing at a minimum
  •  Payroll 
  •  Xero knowledge is a must, at least two years preferably
  •  Knowledge of Workflow Max would be an advantage
  •  Minimum intermediate Excel knowledge



  • Knowledge of the Construction Industry would be an advantage 
  • CIS Scheme experience would be an advantage
  • Payroll experience would be an advantage
  • Xero knowledge is a must, at least two years preferably
  • Knowledge of Workflow Max would be an advantage
  • Excel knowledge is essential
