We are working with a client who is looking for an all round bookkeeper for either 4 days a week or full-time and on a hybrid of home and office based working. This will be a perfect role for someone with good bookkeeping experience, and excellent knowledge of Xero. The client runs a small accountancy services that has expanded its client portfolio and now needs to increase the accounts team.
Purchase Ledger
Sale Ledger
Processing payments
Bank reconciliation
Support the director by working on several clients accounts
Support with adhoc tasks
Knowledge of the Construction Industry preferable or Job costing at a minimum
Payroll
Xero knowledge is a must, at least two years preferably
Knowledge of Workflow Max would be an advantage
Minimum intermediate Excel knowledge
Knowledge of the Construction Industry would be an advantage
CIS Scheme experience would be an advantage
Payroll experience would be an advantage
