A financial planning and Analysis Manager is required for a growing technology company based in Liskeard Cornwall.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the CFO by providing the Executive Board and Senior Leadership team with the analysis and information required to inform major operational, financial, and strategic decisions.

The main responsibility is to transform the overarching company strategy, into a long-range plan with annual operating and capital budgets. With the use of financial modeling, you will support the CFO by forecasting operating and profitability performance and setting and reviewing targets.

•  Assisting in the development and standardisation of project costing templates and review progress against plans
•  Assisting in all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, including annual planning, P&L forecast, cash flow forecasts, and central department budgets
•  Preparing and presenting insightful analysis to key stakeholders
•  Supporting the business with ad hoc projects as a trusted advisor
•  Maintaining an up to date knowledge of reporting and changes in legislation and practice

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 3 years post qualification experience
• 5+ years gained in complex organization(s) with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships);
• Excellent broad FP&A experience
  
• Advanced use of MS Excel (VBA experience is a must)
• Complex modelling skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Will be required to participate in challenging conversations and messages
  
• Will be required to analyse complex information.
