We have an immediate requirement for a temp Payroll / Accounts Assistant for a manufacturer and installer of fitted interior furniture based in Lye, Stourbridge. This is a contract for approx three months.
Hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 3.00pm Friday.
Office based role.
On-site parking.
Start date will be as soon as possible.
Weekly payroll for approximately 55 employees across two companies. Including FPS, pension submissions and bank uploads.
Commissions for approximately 16 designers.
Posting of sales ledger receipts.
Raising sales invoices.
Reconciling monthly figures.
Importing sales to Sage, setting up new accounts and allocating payments.
Dealing with any payroll or commission queries.
A Bookkeeping or accounting qualification would be an advantage but QBE will also be considered
Sage 50 Cloud payroll
Sage accounts package is essential
EasyQuote experience would be an advantage but training will be given
