Our client are a very successful Whiskey distillers, exporters and bottlers based in the West End of London
They are now looking for an Accountant to become part of the finance team. This is a permanent full time role and will be based in the office.
Hours of work are 9-5 for 5 days with 1 hour for lunch, holidays are 20 days + statutory days.
This is a very wide ranging role to include the following:
- Bank reconciliation and posting
- Accounts Payables postings and ledger maintenance
- Accounts Receivables posting and ledger maintenance
- Credit Control management
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Provision of marketing data on branded products
- Management accounting input
- Export insurance declarations
- VAT returns
- INTRASTAT and EC Sales documentation
- Stock processing and reconciliation
- Process costing and process variance analysis
- Systems development and innovation
- Ad hoc duties
