This construction industry business is relocating to Winchester and needs a new part time bookkeeper to join the team. This is a part time role, approx one day per week and can be worked on a self employed or employed basis. It is a fully remote role although with the occasional trip to the office to collect paperwork etc. Xero experience is essential


  • To be responsible for full bookkeeping function
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Purchases 
  • Sales
  • VAT returns
  • Month end accounts
  • Year end accounts preparation 
  • Payroll

  • A bookkeeping or accounting qualification would be an advantage
  • Experience of using Xero is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Payroll experience would be an advantage
  • Freelancers will be considered
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
