A well established security business based in SW London is looking for a new bookkeeper to join the team. Reporting to the Finance manager this role will take full responsibility for all of the day to day bookkeeping and payroll for 20 staff.
All aspects of day to day bookkeeping
Posting of invoices
Managing the cashbook
Purchase ledger
Sales Ledger
Month end accounts
Cashflow
VAT
payroll
Petty Cash
A bookkeeping / Accounting qualification is an advantage but QBE will also be considered
SAGE expert is a must
Payroll experience is essential
Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent system skills
