This market-leading and award-winning consultancy company operating globally is looking for a Financial Controller to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Finance this role will be responsible for the day to day financial operation of the UK Finance team. The role is based on flexible working with 2 days a week based in-office in central London and 3 days a week working flexibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
• Preparation and review of country and team level P&Ls, with commentary and variance analysis
• Revenue reporting to Founders, CFO and country MDs
• KPIs and trend analysis
• Maintenance of rolling reforecast files
• Design and maintenance of appropriate financial controls
• Cash flow forecasting at entity and group level and weekly cash flow reporting to CFO
• Working capital management and balance sheet maintenance, including overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Payment approvals vis HSBCNet
• Day-to-day management of UK Invoice Finance Facility
• Preparation of monthly payroll calculation and management of third-party outsourced provider
• Responsible for process improvement within team and identifying areas of increased efficiency through automation
• Main point of contact for UK audit; assist with Group audit
• Assist with preparation of consolidated and entity level Financial Statement
• Assist with UK budget and annual reforecast process, integrating with the Group budget process
• Design and preparation of commercial analysis for CFO to support business strategic objectives
• Ad hoc support of CFO on strategic projects, including corporate finance activities

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) desirable with at least 2 years’ post qualification experience

• Advanced Excel skills (V/HLUs, Pivots, Macros, Modelling Experience)
• Group consolidation experience
• Multi-currency / multi-jurisdiction exposure
• System integration and business transformation experience particularly with SalesForce experience
