Financial Controller required for a £14m turnover, profitable Security business based in Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent role and will be office based.
To be responsible for the accuracy, integrity and security of the Company’s accounting records and the recording of transactions in a timely manner such that the operational performance of the business and its financial position can be properly determined and reported on a regular basis. This involves the management and control of the accounts department and the provision of management and financial information and reports as required (i) internally to the management team, and (2) externally as directed.
The Financial Controller is a key member of the management team and, as such, confidentiality and discretion, both at the office and outside work, are essential
The position of Financial Controller reports to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors. The accounts department currently comprises of two other members of staff.
