We are working with a number of Charity clients that are looking for part-time Finance Manager / Finance Directors to set up (and possibly run) finance operations on a part time (hybrid or remote) basis.
The purpose of these roles is to provide high quality management information and financial support to the senior management team. To ensure the Charity’s financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently and to support in maintaining the financial health of the organisation.
Are you looking for Part Time work?
Annual budgeting, planning, forecasting, monitoring and reporting. This will be done on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis as appropriate, but reports and forecasts may also be needed on an ad hoc basis to support funding proposals
Day-to-day finance operations including management of bank accounts, cash-flow forecasting, invoice payment, etc.
Grants-related finance, including set-up and utilisation of a new system to track multiple pots of funding and refinement and streamlining of the payment system for multi-year disbursements
Oversight of reporting functions including board, management, and statutory reporting
Audit preparation and management
Candidate must have an accounting qualification, excellent skills in accounting software and Excel and experience to identify whether/which new software is needed.
