Our client is an international multi-family office services company based in Belgravia, offering investment, philanthropy, business advisory, art and lifestyle services. They are looking for an experienced full time bookkeeper/ accounts assistant, a real all-rounder, someone who is happy to role their sleeves up and get involved in a fast paced environment where no day is ever the same, which means the workload is varied and very interesting. This role will report to the FC and will be fully office based


  • All aspects of day to day bookkeeping
  • Posting of invoices
  • Managing the cashbook
  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Month end accounts
  • Cashflow
  • VAT
  • Payroll
  • Petty Cash



  • A bookkeeping / Accounting qualification is an advantage but QBE will also be considered
  • SAGE expert is a must
  • Xero knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Being able to work in fast paced environment is essential
  • Payroll experience is essential
  • Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent system skills
  • Team player and good communicator
