A well established Wealth Management company are looking for a part time Financial Controller to join their team. This is a newly created position after bringing the accounts in house from an external accountant. This will be a perfect role for an experienced FC who is looking for two to three days a week, alternatively the hours can be worked over half days.

Reporting to the MD,this position will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function including:

• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• VAT Returns
• Month end reporting 
• Qtrly compliance returns
• Liaise with the external accountants at year end

• An accounting qualification would be an advantage but QBE will be considered
• 2 + years of relevant experience
• Self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Must embrace teamwork with positive mindset
• Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels (written and verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good IT skills (MS Excel, finance systems including Xero)
