A leading company specialising in offering data analytics services is currently looking for an experienced contractor to manage the audit preparations ahead of the audit at the end of April. This is a minimum of 3 month contract

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for reconciling the balance aheet, collating all the audit papers and preparing the year end for the annual audit.

Hybrid working is available.

• Tidy and reconcile the general ledger
• Prepare control account schedules
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
• Provide working papers for the auditors
• Prepare the year end for the audit

• Hold either ICAEW or ACCA qualification or finaliast with a strong academic background
• Should possess a minimum of 3 years practical experience 
• Exposure to FRS 102 and IFRS desirable, but not essential.
• Exposure to audit assignments desirable
• Exceptional level of personal organisation, and a proven ability to manage own time and deadlines
• Exceptional technical competence and experience
• Demonstrate strong analytical and logical skills
• Ability to work well within a highly professional team environment.
• Robust IT skills
• Able to cope with pressure
