Our client, a manufacturing company to the east of Edinburgh, are looking for a Part time Company Accountant to join their team. The company need a candidate who can work for approx 20 hours per week, hybrid working is available with a weekly visit to the office. Salary is Approx £25k for 20 hours.

Candidates with an interest in general management and E-Commerce would find this role very rewarding. There is a plan to integrate digital marketing into their sales process, CRM, ERP and the integration and automation of the whole marketing, lead-generation, inventory, logistics, billing and collections cycle. The implementation will expedite the onboarding of new staff and this role will be involved in building the teams.

• Responsible for full finance function
• Monthly management reports to the directors
• Purchase ledger/ Sales Ledger
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Budgets and Forecasts
  
• Implement new CRM/ERP and accounting system
• Onboarding new staff and build new accounts team along with involvement in increasing the sales force and logistics team

• Qualified/Part Qual accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) 
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Manufacturing experience would be an advantage
• CRM/ERP experience an advantage
• Previous experience of implementing systems is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
