They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their forward thinking team. This position will report to the Board of Directors and will play an instrumental role in the financial future of the company.

The successful candidate will be expected to (but not limited to) undertake and be responsible for the following duties:
Monthly Management Accounts
Managing cash flow and bank balances
Managing Budgets and Forecasts
Processing Payments
Management of Credit Cards/Payments
Producing Monthly Supplier Statements
Managing Remittance Advices
Managing company pension scheme
VAT Returns and Payments
Payroll – Monthly Salaries
Producing Year End P60’s and P11D’s
Managing Personnel Files and Data within a GDPR Framework.
Manage and organize physical and electronic record keeping
Liaising with all Internal and External Departments.
Work as part of the management team to ensure on-going company compliance
Assist all departments to improve the company working practices and processes and record keeping.
Work as part of the management team to ensure ongoing system compliance and integration.
Experienced in the use of Excel, Sage Line 50 and Sage Payroll.
Degree level of education preferred and the ideal candidate will have a suitable professional accountancy qualification (equivalent to ACCA or CIMA).
Exceptional leadership abilities and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
