We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager in the West Bromwich area. Our client is looking to replace their existing Accounts Manager who is retiring. 

They are looking for someone in a full time bookkeeping role for the company. This would suit a candidate with an AAT qualification or possibly working towards one. 

Monday - Friday 9-5 working hours

Salary of c.£25,000 per annum negotiable


The role will include the below (more detailed spec available on request):

  • Purchase/ Sales invoices on Xero
  • Sort out weekly payments to suppliers/subcontractors.
  • Produce Remittance Advices
  • Chase customer invoice payments
  • Check the bank every morning.
  • Calculate salaries on SAGE50 and submit payroll info
  • Pay VAT and Corporation Tax
  • Submit CIS and documents to HMRC
  • Print P60s in April and P45s as required
  • Fill in P11d’s and pay Class 1 NIA’s in July.
  • Support Office Admin

  • Xero experience would be beneficial
  • SAGE Payroll
