We’re looking for a permanent Financial Controller / Director in High Wycombe working with a local SME. The role will report to the MD and has a package of approx. £80k - £90k + benefits

We are looking for a candidatewho can:

• come on board and re-shape the finance team to support a growing business (with all the challenges that come with that!).
• manage a team of 3 people
• delivering monthly management accounts
• managing and modelling cash flow
• recommending and supporting with strategic decisions and finance tools.
