Our client, an International (London based- Blackfriars) law firm is looking for new Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Director
As a part qualified Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and bookkeeping support to our accounting and finance team. Your duties will include sales and purchase ledger postings, chasing late payments, and reconciling company accounts..
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a law or professional services experience. You will be proficient in using accounting software such as Xero. Training will be provided in our industry specific accounting software – PC Law, Clio and ViewPoint.
You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.
