We’re looking for a permanent Finance Director in High Wycombe working with a growing succesfu SME. 

The company has experienced very strong growth in the past 12 months. They have doubled in size and have won a number of large contracts to help expedite the growth.

The role will report to the MD and CEO and the package is negotiable depending on level of experience of the prospective candidate. 

We are looking for a candidate who can:

• come on board and re-shape the finance team to support a growing business (with all the challenges that come with that!).
• manage a team of 3 people
• delivering monthly management accounts
• assist the MD with strategic planning for business and help to shape for potential exit / investment event in 2-3 years
• managing and modelling cash flow
• recommending and supporting with strategic decisions and finance tools
• provide insightul reporting and analysis

• Experienced FD of working in SME business
• Strong reporting and analysis skills
• Qualified or QBE
• Working with MD / CEO on business strategy
