We’re looking for a permanent Finance Director in High Wycombe working with a growing succesful SME.

The company has experienced very strong growth in the past 12 months. They have doubled in size and have won a number of large contracts to help expedite the growth. The new FD will have experience of working in helping a business move towards an exit event in the coming years.

This could be initially on a 3 day per week basis for the first 3 months if that suits a candidate looking for part time work.

The role will report to the MD and CEO and the package is negotiable depending on level of experience of the prospective candidate.

This could range from £100-130k plus benefits and depends on the candidate experience.

Assignment Details

We are looking for a candidate who can:

• come on board and re-shape the finance team to support a growing business (with all the challenges that come with that!).
• manage a team of 3 people
• assist the MD with strategic planning for business and help to shape for potential exit / investment event in 2-3 years
  
• managing and modelling cash flow
• delivering monthly management accounts
• recommending and supporting with strategic decisions and finance tools
• provide insightul reporting and analysis

• Experienced FD of working in SME business
• Experience of being involved in Sale / Exit process of an SME business
• FD or CFO experience
• Strong reporting and analysis skills
• Qualified
• Working with MD / CEO on business strategy
• Raising Investment
