This is the 3rd time we have worked with this excellent family owned and long established business in the drinks industry. They have a head office in London, distilleries, warehousing, blending and bottling sites in Scotland. Turnover is approx. £70m

Due to ongoing expansion they now have a requirement for an important role in the Head Office in London for an Accounting Manager. The successful applicant will work with an established and very experienced team.

Please note that this role is office based in Central London

On offer is a salary of between £50k - 65k depending on the experience level of the candidate. 

Key Responsibilities

• Processing payments, invoices income and receipts and entering data in SAGE 200
• Paying AP invoices
• Tracking bank account balances
• Supervising AR and collection of debts
• Completing VAT
• Verifying the accuracy of accounting records
• Preparing accounting records for audit
• Management Accounts support and prep
• Insurance declarations for export sales (to China and India predominately)
• Posting nominal ledger journals
• Contributing to IT matters and system development

Educated to degree level or holding an AAT qualification. Exceptional candidates, unqualified but experienced, will be considered.
