A growing technology and managed services business is looking for a part time Bookkeeper to take ownership of day to day financial operations. The role is fully remote and would suit someone who is organised, tech savvy and confident working across multiple systems.
You will be responsible for keeping the accounts accurate and up to date, managing invoicing and payments, and supporting the month to month financial cycle. The company operates a subscription based model, so accuracy around billing runs and customer invoicing is essential.
Accounts Maintenance
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in Xero including posting, reconciliations and month end support
Ensure all creditor invoices are captured and processed correctly
Invoice Capture & Processing
Review and publish supplier invoices through Dext
Monitor the dedicated accounts inbox for incoming invoices
Ensure smooth, timely flow of data into Xero
Customer Billing
Support the monthly billing run using the internal subscription billing platform
Check billing outputs, ensure invoices are generated and imported into Xero accurately
Create quotes in Xero and convert to invoices when approved
Direct Debit Management
Upload monthly billing information into the Access PaySuite portal
Ensure billing data is submitted ahead of monthly deadlines
Track direct debit collections and expected payment dates
Send friendly payment reminders to non-DD customers where required
